“As a result of ending the 30 years of military occupation, the resolution of the past conflict, which is the biggest challenge facing our foreign policy, and the emergence of new realities and agendas in the region played an important role in expanding the horizons of our foreign policy,” said Azerbaijani FM Jeyhun Bayramov at the conference Heydar Aliyev and independent state building in Azerbaijan: history and modernity of socio-economic transition, APA reports.
