Kyrgyzstan has enough fuel and lubricants for spring field work. The First Deputy Minister of Agriculture Nurdin Alisherov told at a press conference.
«In general, the need for fuel and lubricants for spring field work in the republic is 42,200 tons. According to the Association of Oil Traders, petroleum storage depots and gas stations have enough diesel fuel and gasoline. In order to provide rural producers of the republic with fuel and lubricants, an agreement of mutual understanding was signed between the ministry and the association,» he said.
According to him, 3 million liters of diesel fuel were allocated under an agreement concluded between the State Material Reserves Fund and Red Petroleum. It is sold to farmers at a reduced price — 65 soms per liter.
