According to him, Ilgiz Shamenov was examined in a private medical center. Doctors diagnosed him with a number of diseases that require inpatient treatment. «We will contact the Penitentiary Service, the Ombudsman and the National Center for Prevention of Torture to transfer him to a civilian hospital,» the lawyer said.
He added that the corresponding conclusion of doctors is available.
The Committee for protection of Kempir-Abad reservoir was created on October 22. It includes activists, politicians and MPs.
