Meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers

On October 13-14, 2021 in Minsk the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan headed by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Sodiq Imomi took part in the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States.

The sides exchanged views on important issues of the international agenda and cooperation within the CIS.

At the end of the meeting, the heads of delegations signed 14 resolutions, including the draft Declaration of the CIS Heads of State on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the CIS, the Plan of multilateral consultations within the Commonwealth for 2022 and the Regulations on the International Association (Commission). historians and archivists of the CIS member states, as well as other documents.

The next meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers will be held on April 8, 2022 in the Republic of Tajikistan.
