On June 16, 2021 the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sharaf Sheralizoda met with the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Tajikistan Muhammad Ibrahim al-Abdullah.
During the meeting the bilateral relations between Tajikistan and Qatar in various fields have been considered. The sides exchanged views on the attraction of Qatari investment in trade and economic, energy, education, transport, as well as the attraction of tourists from Qatar to Tajikistan and other issues of mutual interest, taking into account the consequences of COVID-19 integration.
