Today, in order to meet the national holiday - the 30th anniversary of state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, preparations are underway in various parts of the country, ministries, agencies and various structures, which testifies to the unity and mutual understanding and rapid development of the country.
In connection with this, a number of facilities have been built and put into operation in the units and subdivisions of the internal affairs bodies, and beautification and creative work has been given a new impetus.
Dedicated to this date, a solemn event was held on September 3 in the Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with the participation of Major General Hafizzoda Shodi Khurshed, management, staff of the Central Office and staff of its subdivisions.
The meeting was opened by the head of the Department, Major General of Police Shodi Hafizzoda, who congratulated the audience on the occasion of state independence and wished them success and prosperity, success in work and family happiness.
He noted that the state independence is a great achievement of the Tajik nation and not every nation in the world has a state. Thanks to the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon from the first years of independence the foundations of the independent state have been strengthened and all social and economic spheres of our republic have developed. The Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is one of the most important institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the leadership of this structure pays special attention to it. That is why at the time of independence, with the constant support of the country's top leadership and the Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel-General of Police Rahimzoda Ramazon Hamro, the Department has achieved a number of advances and successes in the service area.
During the event, the head of the Department, Major General Shodi Hafizzoda thanked a number of employees of the department, who work effectively in the Central Office and units of the Department in the regions, cities and districts of the country. He also took an active part in joint tactical exercises of the special services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China, presented valuable gifts.
In general, by the Order of the Minister of Internal Affairs 31 people, including 10 people with the next ranks, 10 people with valuable awards and 11 others with medals and badges, were awarded letters of thanks and gratitude of the Minister of Internal Affairs.
At the same time, Nurali Sodiqov, a resident of Dushanbe, was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the head of the UNDP for his valuable contribution to the improvement and maintenance of public order.
