Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation to support restoration of mosque in Gochahmadli of Azerbaijan’s Fuzuli

"Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Protection and Restoration of Historical and Cultural Monuments Located in the Territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan," was signed between the State Service for Cultural Heritage Conservation, Development, and Rehabilitation under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, the Ministry of Culture told APA. The document was signed by the head of the State Service, Sabina Hajiyeva, and the president of the Turkic Culture and Heritage Foundation, Aktoti Raimkulova. It was stated that the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding aims at the preservation, restoration and conservation of the historical and cultural monuments located in the territory of Azerbaijan and taken under state protection, the organization of trainings in the relevant direction, as well as the further expansion of cooperation in the field of cultural heritage. On the basis of the mentioned document, it is planned to support the res toration of the mosque located in the liberated Gochahmadli village of Fuzuli district.
