A 39-year-old local resident applied to Department-1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Firdavsi district of Dushanbe with a statement that from February 21 to 22, 2023, at about 01:00 am, two young people 20-23 years old, residents of the capital without underlying reasons, beat him, then, using force, took away his mobile phone brand “Redmi” and disappeared in an unknown direction.
The amount of damage was 3 thousand somoni.
Thus, a 38-year-old local resident applied to Department-1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Rudaki district with a statement that on February 21, 2023, at about 19:00, an unknown person beat his 14-year-old son, then took away a mobile phone brand “Redmi-9” and fled the spot of the incident.
The amount of damage was 500 somoni.
During the operational-search activities, militia officers on suspicion of committing this crime detained a 22-year-old local resident previously convicted under article 375 part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan.
According to these facts, an investigation is underway.
