Territorial office of the National Center for Prevention of Torture for Issyk-Kul region received a message that the body of a patient who went missing and was put on the wanted list on February 6, 2023 was found in the Aksu psychoneurological social institution on April 10.
The body was found hanging on a spruce on the territory of the institution. According to preliminary data, it hung on the tree for more than two months.
Employees of the National Center and an expert visited the Aksu psychoneurological clinic, where they met with the management of the institution and roommates of the deceased patient, examined the scene.
According to the investigator, a criminal case has been opened on the fact of death.
