During the operational-search activities, police officers on suspicion of murder detained a 15-year-old resident of Varzob district.
The above, from July 6 to 7, 2019, at about 05:00 in the morning, being in the Nilan recreation area of the Varzob district, quarreled with two residents of Dushanbe at the age of 25 and 13 years. Then, armed with an ax handle, in order to deprive them of their life, he struck multiple blows to the head area of the man and the boy, as a result of which they died.
To hide his crime the body dropped into the Varzob river. Later, the bodies of those killed were found on the Dushanbinka River.
On this fact, a criminal case, under investigation.
