November 12, 2016, at approximately 15:50 of the day, on the territory of the market "Safina", located in the town Somoniyon of Rudaki district, 38-year-old local resident, due of hooliganism, violating public order, inflicted one stab wound to the chest of 34-year-old resident of Rudaki district. The victim was hospitalized.
As a result of operatively-search actions by police the suspect was arrested. According to this fact initiated criminal case, the investigation is conducted.
