450 Citizens Call the Ministry of Health’s Hotline with COVID-19 Concerns Daily

DUSHANBE,  As the number of people infected with COVID-19 is rising in Tajikistan, the number of people who are calling the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population’s hotline, 311 or 511, for help is also increasing.

An average of 400 to 450 citizens who seek medical advice relating to COVID-19 issues call the hotline every day, reports the ministry press center.

Besides the ministry’s hotline, citizens can also contact the following numbers to get medical advice or leave complaints:

227-31-74 – the Dushanbe Health Department. You can call and leave complaints about doctors.

235-11-11 – the General Prosecutor’s Office 24 hour hotline. It accepts complaints from citizens regarding inflation of medication prices, non-delivery of medications in pharmacies, and cases of doctors refusing to provide medical care.
