Azerbaijani President establishes Electronic Competitive Information System -DECREE

Electronic Competition Information System (ERIS) was established, APA reports. The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree in this regard. It was determined by the decree that ERIS ensures receiving, processing, obtaining documents or information to be attached to them in real time from other state bodies (institutions) upon request of consumers and market subjects in the fields of competition and consumer rights protection, the electronic submission of decisions and information on those applications (petitions), as well as the availability of information to users in the mentioned areas. The owner tasks of ERIS are performed by the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the operator tasks are performed by the State Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The costs related to the establishment and maintenance of ERIS are carried out at the expense of the non-budgetary revenues of the Anti monopoly and Consumer Market Control State Service under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
