Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan met with a delegation of the World Bank on June 5, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
World Bank Regional Director for the South Caucasus Sebastian Molineux whose term of office will end this month, introduced Rolande Pryce, who will start her term in that position, and Stefanie Stallmeister, the Bank's new Country Manager for Azerbaijan, to Ali Asadov.
Satisfaction with the level of long-term effective partnership between Azerbaijan and the World Bank, it was highlighted that joint projects covering various fields were successfully implemented during the past period.
Issues related to the perspectives of cooperation in many directions were discussed.
