BAKU: The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB) has inked a new EUR 7 million Micro-, Small- and Medium-sized Enterprise (MSME) facility with NOA Sh.A., a leading microfinance institution in Albania, Trend reports via the BSTDB.
This funding will be channeled to private enterprises, farmers, and retail customers across the nation.
BSTDB continues to prioritize financial intermediation through non-bank financial institutions, recognizing their pivotal role in driving economic development. This latest EUR 7 million facility marks BSTDB’s third MSME initiative with NOA, underscoring the robust and productive partnership between the two entities. Previous facilities supported over 430 local businesses and individuals, highlighting the significant impact of their collaboration.
The enhanced cooperation between BSTDB and NOA reaffirms their commitment to fostering sustainable economic development, creating new employment opportunities, and generating income. This joint effort contributes significantly to
the broader economic stability and growth of Albania.
