On June 27, 2022 at the initiative of the Consulate General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Almaty was held a solemn cultural and sports event dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Day of National Unity.
The event was attended by more than 700 guests, including from the Assembly of Peoples of Kazakhstan, leaders and activists of cultural centers, students, migrant workers, compatriots abroad and more than 80 Tajik athletes.
During his speech, Consul General R. Bobokhonzoda congratulated the participants of the event on the national holiday and stressed the crucial significance of this day in the recent history of the Tajik people. It was especially noted that the national unity has been restored and strengthened due to the sacrifices of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
