The process of submitting a certificate of state dactyloscopic registration is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the "Procedure for financing the activities of state dactyloscopic registration", approved by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan from December 4, 2011 under ?484.

At the same time, during the training seminar, participants discussed various topics such as compliance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On state dictation registration" from September 3, 1999, the Order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan from May 31, 2018 "On regulation of state dictation registration". The achievements of the forensic science department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs during the period of state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and other topics were presented.

It should be noted that the Department of Forensic Examination of the Interior Ministry in Khatlon region is currently conducting dactyloscopic, ballistic, trasological, cold steel and explosive-technical, chemical, transport, technical examination of documents and scripts and other examinations. Employees of the department are provided with working conditions and modern machinery and equipment.

Major Davlatmurod Ashurali Fayzalizoda, Head of the Forensic Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Khatlon Region, made a presentation on “Development and Advancement of Tajik Forensics” and a question and answer session was held between the speakers and participants.
