Discovery of 20 cases of cattle theft in Jayhun district

Following the theft of people’s livestock by unknown persons in Jayhun district and the submission of citizens’ applications to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in this district, the responsibility of police officers to detect crimes and arrest suspects doubled.
By carrying out operative-search activities and the good work of the night service, the police officers made it possible to detect crimes and arrest the suspects.
These three people: Samizoda Salomuddin, born in 1988, Kasimov Saidali, born in 1990, were previously tried under Article 244 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Sufiev Bobojan, born in 1991, are residents of Jayhun district, who have been involved in 20 cases of theft of large and small livestock. This district is considered suspect.
At night, these criminals secretly steal small and large livestock of the residents from inside the stables and near the farm lands of the citizens, transport them from the scene of the incident to a place convenient for them, and spend the money they earned from the sale of the livestock for their personal benefit.
The total amount of damage to citizens is more than 100,000 somoni.
A criminal case has been opened against the suspects in the investigative department of the State Security Service in Jayhun district under Article 244, Part 2 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the investigation is ongoing.
