During the operative-search activities by militiamen on suspicion of murder were detained three men, at the age of 23, residents of the Kubodiyon district.
The suspects, on July 23, 2017, at about 9:00 pm, near the grocery store of the rural jamoat Zarkamar of the Kubodiyon district, as a result of a conflict with a 24-year-old resident of the village of Sovetobod in this district, beat him.
Then, they threw him into the big canal of the village of Zarkamar, and several times were drowned in water, as a result the injured man died.
On this fact a criminal case was instituted, the investigation is being conducted.
