Experts from Europe and Central Asia to Discuss the Peaceful Uses of Nuclear Science in Dushanbe for the First Time

Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Agency in cooperation with International Atomic Energy Authority organizes National Liaison Officers Meeting to Enhance IAEA Technical Cooperation Programs. Meeting will be hosted for the first time by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and take place in Dushanbe from May 23 through May 26.

The Annual National Liaison Officers Meeting will be focusing on the enhancement and promotion of IAEA Technical Cooperation Programs.

The meeting will bring together esteemed representatives from member states from Europe and Central Asia Region to discuss the vital role of technical cooperation in achieving peaceful applications of nuclear science and technology.

The National Liaison Officers Meeting serves as a crucial platform for member states to collaborate and exchange ideas, experiences, and best practices in the implementation of IAEA Technical Cooperation Programs. It enables participants to assess the effectiveness and impact of ongoing projects, identify areas for improvement, and explore innovative ways to address emerging challenges.
