Criminal proceedings have been instituted against a 24-year-old resident of the Spitamen district under the provisions of Article 247 part 4 of Tajikistan’s Penal Code.
In June 2021, he fraudulently entered into the trust of a 39-year-old resident of the district and received a total of 581,725 somoni for the sale of spare parts for bicycles and shoes.
Thus, during the period from June 2021 to December 2022, he fraudulently entered into the trust of a 36-year-old resident of the district, received a total of 200 thousand Somoni and spent it for his own needs.
An investigation is under way.
