Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia Ardasher Kadiri met with Nurini Kassim, Head of the Malaysian National Information Agency Bernama. About it reports NIAT Khovar with the reference to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan.

During the meeting the sides exchanged views on the current state of bilateral relations, prospects of development of cooperation between the two countries and establishment of cooperation between the national information agencies of Tajikistan and Malaysia.

It should be noted that the Malaysian National Information Agency Bernama was established in 1967 by the Parliament of this country and started to operate on May 20, 1968. His working languages are Malay, English, Chinese, Arabic and Spanish. Bernama has its own representative offices and correspondents throughout Malaysia and abroad, including Jakarta, Singapore, New Delhi, Bangkok, Beijing, Dubai, Washington, London and Australia.
