Today, the second phase of Operation Illegal Cordon 2021, from 11 to 18 October 2021, was conducted by the staff of the Passport and Registration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Khatlon region to maintain public order, prevent crime, detect illegal migration and other violations. has been. It should be recalled that the first phase of the operation "Illegal Traffic" was conducted from 5 to 12 July 2021 in the territory of Khatlon region, and a number of shortcomings were identified and eliminated.
Joint operations will be carried out in order to identify ways of illegal migration, to strengthen control over the observance of the rules of stay of foreign citizens and stateless persons in the region, as well as their employment in the region and to correct deficiencies.
The operation was carried out by officers of the Passport and Registration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Khatlon and its branches in cities and districts of the region together with police officers, representatives of the State Committee for National Security in Khatlon, representatives of the Migration and Employment Service in Khatlon. Khatlon is being implemented in accordance with the plan in the region.
During this period, the documents of all foreign citizens living and working in the region should be checked.
Currently, inspections are underway in public places, markets and shopping centers.
