In January — February 2023, budget expenditures for servicing the public debt were estimated at 4,129.2 billion soms. The Ministry of Finance provided such data.
Most of the amount — 2,514.9 billion soms — were payments on external debt. About 1,614.3 billion soms were allocated to pay off the internal public debt.
In January 2023, the public debt of Kyrgyzstan amounted to $5,631.07 billion.
