This event is primarily aimed at increasing state technical preparation and full involvement of vehicles in mandatory state technical inspection, prevention of traffic accidents such as driving a vehicle while intoxicated, without a driver's license, driving a vehicle with tinted glass mirrors, without the license of the authorized state body, without the state registration number, the use of additional sound and lighting equipment, driving the vehicle by minors, disobeying the legal requirements of the BDA employee.

In the course of the targeted event, violations by many drivers of passenger vehicles were revealed.

Driving a vehicle without a driver's license, without a technical inspection, improper crossing of pedestrians on the road, high speed of public transport, and failure to comply with the rules for installing special sound equipment or additional external lighting devices that are not provided for in the structure of the vehicle are among the primary violations. was going

Regarding those drivers who violated the traffic rules, obstructed the movement of public vehicles and caused traffic accidents, in accordance with the requirements of articles 332, 316, 336 part 1.2, 315 part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic Administrative protocols were drawn up in Tajikistan.

The accident situation, causes and conditions of their occurrence are regularly analyzed and studied by the officials of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications of Khatlon region, and necessary measures are taken to stabilize them.
