On March 15, 2022 the Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to the Russian Federation Davlatshoh Gulmahmadzoda met with the Deputy Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk-Ugra Autonomous District of the Russian Federation Zabozlaev Alexei.
During the talks the sides discussed the prospects of cooperation between the regions of Tajikistan and the Khanty-Mansiysk-Ugra Autonomous Basin.
The need to expand cooperation in the fields of labor migration, health, tourism, investment, as well as the establishment of joint ventures was noted.
At the same time, a wide range of issues of bilateral cooperation, especially in the field of education and science, including the training of highly qualified specialists, as well as the implementation of cultural and humanitarian projects were discussed.
?. Zabozlaev invited the Tajik side to take part in the IT-forum, which is scheduled for June 7-9 this year in the Khanty-Mansiysk-Yugra Autonomous District.
At the end of the meeting the two sides expressed interest in strengthening cooperation between the regions of Tajikistan and Khanty-Mansiysk-Yugra.
