On November 5, 2021, in preparation for the 14th Forum of Cooperation between Central Asia and the Republic of Korea, which will be held on November 30, 2021 at the level of foreign ministers in Dushanbe, a meeting of Deputy Foreign Ministers of Central Asia and the Republic of Korea will be held. and virtual).

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Farhod Salim and the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea Ya Song Bae. and they spoke.

At the same time, the parties discussed key issues of the organization and content of the Forum and positively assessed the presence in the form of separate meetings on climate change, energy, health and digital technologies.

At the same time, the participants discussed the draft Joint Statement of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Forum and the Work Plan of the Secretariat for 2022, the candidacy of the Secretary General of the Secretariat of the Forum, which will be adopted and approved at the meeting of Foreign Ministers.
