YOVON: President Emomali Rahmon participated in the opening of a new armstrong production plant in the Yovon district, marking the beginning of his working visit to Khatlon Province. According to National information Agency of Tajikistan, the new industrial facility, located in the village of Dahana, was established by the domestic businessman Akbar Asadullo under the auspices of «Huajian Gayur Industrial» LLC. The plant focuses on the production of armstrong, a modern construction product highly demanded both domestically and internationally. The facility boasts technological lines imported from world-renowned companies and has a design capacity to produce 9 million armstrong units annually. Despite the domestic market demand being 3 million units, the surplus is exported under existing contracts. The establishment of the plant has provided 30 local residents with employment opportunities, contributing to the local economy. The company's products serve as import substitutes, available in 150 modern forms a nd designs, catering to customer preferences. President Rahmon emphasized that such enterprises are pivotal in achieving the national goal of rapid industrialization, enhancing economic development, job creation, and boosting the country's export potential. During his visit, President Rahmon also viewed an exhibition of the company's products, stressing the importance of maintaining production quality. The domestic company «Gayur Group» has built five production enterprises this year, providing jobs to 600 people, with support from the Head of State.
