President Rahmon Unveils New Innovative Industrial and Technological Park in Levakant City.

Levakant: President Emomali Rahmon participated in the opening of the Innovative Industrial and Technological Park in Levakant city during his working visit to Khatlon Province. According to National information Agency of Tajikistan, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, unveiled a commemorative plaque, marking the operational commencement of the park, which spans an area of 1.8 hectares and includes six manufacturing enterprises. The park was developed under the guidance of President Rahmon as part of the country's rapid industrialization and development plans, with the initiative of entrepreneur Kholmahmad Chillazoda and collaboration with Chinese specialists. The project, valued at over 30 million somoni, features facilities for glass processing, pasta production, detergents, gloves, construction paints, and furniture, alongside administrative buildings and a store for factory products. President Rahmon inaugurated the glass processing workshop, which occupies 2,920 square meters and is equipped with modern devices. The facility is set to produce 80,000 to 90,000 square meters of glass annually, also manufacturing plastic and metal doors and windows. The workshop has created permanent jobs for nine local residents. Additionally, the President commissioned various workshops, including furniture production, construction paints, gloves, detergents, and pasta production. Each facility is equipped with modern technological lines and provides employment opportunities, contributing significantly to the local economy. In total, 55 jobs have been created within the new industrial park, furthering industrial production and enhancing local living standards.
