The conference was opened by the Deputy Chief of the Department of Internal Affairs of Khatlon region, Colonel of Police Tolibjon Nazarzoda, who congratulated the guests and the audience on this great date.

On the basis of the norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan during the years of state independence in the country adopted the necessary number of laws and other normative legal acts in the field of language, flag, emblem, national anthem, land use and other natural resources, cultural heritage, national security and so on. were done.

Senior Research Fellow of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Lieutenant Colonel Karimzoda Umar Karim in his report noted that the contribution of the Tajik police was significant in restoring the constitutional order, high patriotism, respect for the state and nation took part in different regions of the country and showed their courage and bravery.
