October 07, 2016, at approximately 10:30 am, 25-year-old driver of the car brand "Daewoo Labo," resident of B. Gafurov district Sughd oblast, following on the highway "Khistevarz-Khujand", on the territory of the Jamoat Khistevarz, hit a 76-year-old local woman.
Subsequently, an elderly woman, received injuries incompatible with life, died in hospital.
