24 September 2019 Warsaw at a working meeting of the OSCE Conference on the Implementation of Human Dimension with regard to visas and non discrimination, including the appeal of the OSCE Secretary General on national minorities: the rights of persons belonging to national minorities Head of the Department of Human Rights Guarantee of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Sharaf Karimzoda.

Sharaf Karimova will also present to the audience the ratification of important international instruments on minority rights, including the Convention on the Elimination of All Racial Discrimination, the Convention on the Rights of Displaced Persons, Minorities and Peoples, and its Protocol; The Convention on the Protection of the Rights of Persons belonging to National Minorities and guided by these Standards in their national policies.

At the same time, it was noted that according to the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, discrimination on ethnic and ethnic grounds is forbidden in the republic and all nationalities and peoples of Tajikistan have the right to speak in their native language.
