Tajik and Afghan Aviation Bodies Sign Procedure Agreement Between Air Traffic Services Centers

The aviation authorities of Tajikistan and Afghanistan signed an agreement between the air traffic services centers of Dushanbe and Kabul.
The agreement was signed in Dushanbe by the Director of the Civil Aviation Agency Ikrom Subhonzoda and the head of the Civil Aviation Department of Afghanistan Kasim Vafazoda.
The agreement will serve to establish cooperation on the exchange of information on traffic, regulation, coordination, and use of airspace.
The centers will inform each other about any changes in the operational status that may affect the movement of the operational procedure. This includes the availability of equipment and services, meteorological information, communication links and capacity limitations for ATS systems.
