The President of the country Emomali Rahmon stated that the celebration of this sacred holiday in conditions of complete peace and stability is the result of perseverance, high sense of responsibility and loyalty and patriotism of police officers, other law enforcement agencies and military structures of our independent state.
The leader of the nation stressed that “when we look at the history of the internal affairs bodies of independent Tajikistan, we see that it is full of pages of achievements, dedication, courage and selflessness of children loyal to the nation and homeland. Because they have been at the forefront of the struggle for thirty years of independence in order to protect the achievements of independence, protection of honor and peaceful life of the people of the country and the reputation of their people and state.
In fact, the staff of this institution is at the service of the people of the country around the clock. As a result of their faithful service, today citizens see and cooperate with the police as defenders of the security of their state and nation, the rule of law and public order, rights and freedoms, property and stability of society.
Hundreds of police officers have sacrificed their lives in the past thirty years to ensure the peaceful life of residents and protect law and order, and the Government and the people of the country will always cherish their achievements and good memory.
