Wholesale distribution centers are a complex of facilities and equipment designed for storage, refinement, primary and deep processing, packaging and sale of agricultural products. The purpose of creating the centers is to ensure transparent trade relations in compliance with sanitary standards.
The parties noted the constant development of mutual trade and the great potential for further expansion of trade and economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
The meeting also focused on intensification of industrial cooperation between the two countries in the context of the implementation of the agreements reached during President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s official visit to Dushanbe in May 2021.
The parties noted the progressive development of mutual trade and stated that there is great potential between Kazakhstan and Tajikistan for further expansion of trade and economic cooperation.
After Russia and China, Kazakhstan is Tajikistan’s main trading partner, which accounts for 18.3% of the trade turnover.
