Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

It is with deep sadness that I have received the news of death and injury of people as a result of the horrific act of violence at the Kerch Polytechnic College.
I express our sincere condolences and words of sympathy and support to the victims' families and friends, and wish a speedy recovery to all the injured.
