A 38-year-old man from the city of Dushanbe was arrested as a suspect in committing the crime of murder by the police officers during the search operation.
Named, on the night of August 2-3, 2022, at approximately 03:00, they had a conflict with his brother, a 35-year-old resident of the capital, and beat each other.
As a result, his brother died of his injuries on the spot.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
