Yesterday, Vice Speaker of the Assembly of Representatives Dilrabo Mansuri attended an international forum dedicated to the friendship between the peoples of China and Central Asia online. Mansuri said that the Central Asia — China alliance has achieved significant results in a short period of activity. She also stressed that the main tasks of the Central Asia-China alliance are to strengthen traditional friendship and mutual support, develop cooperation in various areas, take additional measures to expand and increase trade, as well as create the necessary conditions for actively attracting investments in order to implement mutually beneficial regional economic projects, including within the framework of the One Belt, One Road initiative. “We intend to intensify cooperation between the parties in the direction of climate change and the elimination of the negative impact of its consequences on the economies of the countries of the region,” said Mansuri. She said that at the beginning of this year, Tajikistan and China celebrated the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations. Tajikistan and China have achieved positive results in the field of security, including in the fight against terrorism, extremism, separatism, and other organized transnational crimes.
