The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has published an insurance review based on the results of the first half of 2023. The document says that in January-June, local insurers collected 648.95 million manats of insurance premiums and produced 225 million manats of insurance payments. This is up by 32% and 28.6% from the same period of the last year, respectively. Over 6 months, out of each 100 manats of insurance premiums collected at the insurance market, 34.7 manats were paid. Over the same period of the last year, this figure stood at 35.6 manats
