On August 30, 2022, the Consulate General of the Republic of Tajikistan in the city of Novosibirsk of the Russian Federation held a festive event in honor of the 31st anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan at the "Pobeda" Cultural and Recreation Center of Novosibirsk.
First Deputy Mayor of Novosibirsk Gennady Pavlovich Zakharov, representatives of government agencies, heads of diplomatic missions accredited in Novosibirsk, intellectuals, mass media, as well as representatives of the Tajik diaspora, Tajik students studying and living in the region took part in this event.
In his opening speech, the Consul General of the Republic of Tajikistan in Novosibirsk, Davlathoja Yatim, congratulated the audience and praised the decisive role of the Founder of National Peace and Unity, the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon in building a democratic, law-based and secular state, achieving national peace and unity. , he emphasized the strengthening of national unity and sustainable development, as well as the establishment and strengthening of relations with the international community.
Then, the first deputy mayor of Novosibirsk Zakharov G.P. congratulated the Tajik people on Independence Day and praised the achievements of the Republic of Tajikistan in the way of building and strengthening statehood.
The photo exhibition of the achievements of the independence period was presented to the guests, which introduced the country's achievements in the political, economic, cultural, sports and educational areas, as well as advertising materials on the unique nature and tourism potential of Tajikistan.
This event ended with a festive concert and a performance of national dances.
