On December 8, 2021 in Tashkent in the framework of the Second Ministerial Conference “Italy - Central Asia” in the format of C5 + 1 the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Muhriddin met with the EU Special Representative for Central Asia Teri Hakala.
During the meeting the sides exchanged views on key aspects of the partnership between Tajikistan and the European Union, including in the political sphere, security and regional cooperation.
The issues of the regional agenda, including the security situation in Afghanistan and international issues of mutual interest were also discussed during the meeting.
