President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov sent a congratulatory message to the leader of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the occasion of his 70th birthday. Press service of the head of state reported.

The Kyrgyz side highly appreciates your personal contribution to the development of Kyrgyz-Kazakh cooperation and attaches great importance to its further deepening, which is based on friendship, mutual understanding and mutual support.
