A 46-year-old resident of A. Jomi district also filed a complaint with the DMIA in August and September 2018. He fraudulently took 114 thousand somoni from him in order to give him a plot of land and has not yet given him a plot of land.

After repeated demands of the victim, he returned 32 thousand somoni from this amount.

An investigation is under way.

Tajikistan and Russia Discuss Cooperation in the Fight Against Drug Trafficking
