The head of the service reminded of the colorful history of the passport service, achievements and progress in 30 years of independence of our country and the gradual development and expansion of the passport service, noting that the introduction of the passport system has an 89-year history. He spoke about the current activities of the Interior Ministry and the implementation of instructions of the Interior Ministry, noting that in order to implement the instructions of the Minister of Internal Affairs, the leadership visited all passport offices in cities, districts, towns and villages of the country.
– During the joint work we have been able to eliminate most of the shortcomings, improve the efficiency of service activities and the conditions of service and reception of citizens, and have made every effort to eliminate other shortcomings, – added the speaker.
At the same time, he noted the importance of the seminar, noting that the activities of the Passport and Registration Service, which provides policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide public services in the field of passport and registration activities, civil registration, control over the stay of foreigners. , search of alimony evaders, public debtors, as well as the progress of work in the lower divisions of the Passport and Registration Service.
It should be noted that in order to further improve the work of the passport department, in cooperation with the Personnel Department of the Consular Department, civil registry offices, the Information-Analytical Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Department of Internal Affairs such training seminars will be held. This time the seminar was also aimed at this, in which representatives of the above structures, a specialist of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Shohrukh Sharipov made a speech on the development of passports and foreign citizenship, receiving electronic information.
Iftikhor Samadzoda, Deputy Head of the Civil Registry Office of the Ministry of Justice, spoke on “Types of changing the names of citizens”; Lt. Col. Sattor Rasulzoda of the SMIT MIA Information Center made a report on “Cooperation between the SMIT and the MIA and other structures on requests of citizens with or without a criminal record, the period of their consideration and execution.”
Also, during the event, the head of the passport department of the police, Colonel Manuchehr Mirshamszoda, regarding the development of a joint order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan dated 20.07.2016 under ?48 “On approval of the Instruction on Republic of Tajikistan ”, Lieutenant Colonel Shahlo Sherzoda, Head of the Information Bureau of the BSEC with bank receipts ”and other areas of activity.
