Yerevan and Baku confirmed their readiness to hold the next meeting of the foreign ministers of their countries in Moscow. The timing has not yet been determined, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry stated at a briefing in Moscow.

She refused to comment on the current meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia, saying that this could be done following the negotiations.

In turn, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said yesterday that the meeting of the foreign ministers of the two countries will be held in Moscow at the end of May.

The signing of some kind of framework document between Azerbaijan and Armenia will depend on the results of these meetings on June 1 in Chisinau at the meeting of Aliyev and Pashinyan within the framework of the Summit of the European Political Community with the participation of the leaders of 50 countries.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan arrived in the Czech Republic on an official visit today.

During the briefing, together with Czech Prime Minister Peter Fiala, Pashinyan accused Azerbaijan of violating the agreements and "continuation of the policy of using force in Karabakh and in the Lachin corridor."

He announced the blockade of the residents of Nagorno-Karabakh and the termination of the supply of gas and electricity to the region.

We believe that the international community should give a clear and targeted assessment, especially since, according to our assessment, the above-mentioned actions of Azerbaijan are preparations for ethnic cleansing in Nagorno-Karabakh. We consider it necessary to send an international fact-finding team to Nagorno-Karabakh and the Lachin corridor," Pashinyan said.

In turn, the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic Fiala declared inadmissibility "blockades" of the Lachin corridor.

"As for the territorial integrity and discussions between Azerbaijan and Armenia, we attach importance to signing such a peace treaty that will be acceptable to all parties," he said.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan decided to provide humanitarian assistance to low-income families. The decision was made at a meeting on Wednesday.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan approved the new symbols of the State Customs Service. Press service of the Cabinet reported.

The decision was made due to the similarity of the current one with the flag of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).

Regulation on the flag and symbols of the State Customs Service was approved in February 2006. There is also a description of the symbols that are used in the emblem of the State Customs Service. The emblem is a circle, in the center of which there is a drawing of the wind rose — a symbol of international customs. This pattern is similar to the NATO flag.

New charges were brought against civic activist and businessman Ilgiz Shamenov, accused of attempt to organize mass riots in order to seize power. Lawyer Zamir Zhooshev announced.

According to the lawyer, the activist is additionally charged with Article 326 «Forcible seizure of power» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. This crime is punished by imprisonment from 10 to 15 years with confiscation of property.

«The criminal case, which is called Kempir-Abad case, seems to be sent to court soon. I would like the court to carefully study the case materials, give them an objective assessment and make a fair decision,» Zamir Zhooshev said and stressed that Ilgiz Shamenov is still treated in the hospital.

Ilgiz Shamenov was detained in Moscow on October 28, 2022, then taken to Bishkek. He was then charged with articles 278 «Preparation to organize mass riots with the use of firearms» and 327 «Public calls for a violent seizure of power» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Committee for protection of Kempir-Abad reservoir was created on October 22. It includes activists, politicians and MPs.
