President Emomali Rahmon Opens the College of Innovative Technologies in Kulob

On October 23, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, on Hakim Negmatov Street in Kulob, after repair and reconstruction, commissioned a building of the College of Innovative and Information and Communication Technologies.

A new private educational institution was created by a domestic entrepreneur on the basis of the Kulob communication building in honor of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Construction work at the facility was started by the specialists of «Komil-2010» Limited Liability Company in 2021 and completed on schedule at a high quality level in accordance with the requirements of the time. During construction work, more than 20 local residents were provided with temporary jobs.

The building of the College of Innovative and Information and Communication Technologies in Kulob, which has modern conditions for scientific studies and the development of information technologies, is designed for 460 students.

This educational institution has computer and electronic classrooms, a conference room, a library, a laboratory and classrooms, as well as modern conditions and opportunities for teaching students advanced technologies. The new educational institution has two faculties, information and communication technologies and radio communications, where young specialists are trained in the specialties of technical development and communications.

The Leader of the Nation was informed that at the College of Innovative and Information and Communication Technologies of Kulob, students admitted after graduating from the 9th and 11th grades study in 13 specialties.

President Emomali Rahmon Inaugurates the Multi-Storey Residential Building In Kulob

As part of his working trip to Kulob city, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, commissioned a multi-storey residential building in the city center.

The facility was built by a domestic entrepreneur Bobokhon Nasimov in three years in accordance with the requirements of modern architecture and urban planning.

The building consists of 9 floors, on the first floor there is a trade and service center, and on the remaining 8 floors there are 40 apartments.

The facility was built on the basis of a project prepared by «Idrisi Jahon» LLC, the customer-contractor «Nasim Sokhtmon» LLC, using high-quality domestic materials.

In accordance with the requirements of the time, energy-saving lighting equipment was installed in the outer part of the building, which complements the beauty of the city at night with different colors. The surroundings and the courtyard of the building are completely paved with tiles, and during the construction work, more than 20 local residents were provided with jobs and decent wages. With the commissioning of the house, another 40 families became owners of living space in the city center.

On the ground floor of the building, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, held a meeting with 68 orphans from Kulob, Nurek and Shamsiddin Shohin district. During the meeting, the President of the country called on orphans who are fully dependent on the state to study sciences, gain knowledge and master various professions and crafts.

A rich dastarkhan was covered for orphans, and the Head of State presented gifts to each of them.

President Emomali Rahmon Inaugurates the «Duoi Modar» Complex in Kulob

On October 23, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, put into operation in the city of Kulob the «Duoi Modar» (Mother’s Blessing) Complex.

The complex «Duoi Modar» was created at the entrance to the city of Kulob, on an area of about 1 hectare, and today it is a beautiful and attractive place and point for receiving and seeing off guests.

In the center of the Complex is a statue of the Mother in the form of «hands raised to the sky for prayer.» In the culture of the Tajik people, the blessing of the Mother is considered a symbol of protection from all evils and misfortunes, prosperity, development, accomplishments and achievements.

In the background of the statue is an artistic monumental work in honor of the Mother. This work consists of 6 parts, and each of them reflects the day and night efforts of the Mother in the name of raising and growing up her child. This work also reflects the customs, traditions, lifestyle and creative efforts of the Tajik people.

The monument «Duoi Modar» and a monumental work of art in honor of the Mother were created by local sculptors who are members of the Union of Artists of Tajikistan.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, in his speeches invariably commends the greatness of the Mother and in honor of the Mother said: “The Mother-Woman is the beginning of the beginnings of the existence of the human race, an inexhaustible source of love, tenderness, a symbol of enduring love and fidelity.”

The project of the facility was developed by the State Unitary Enterprise «Loihakash» of the city of Kulob. The customer of the facility is the Capital Construction Department of the Executive Body of State Power of the city of Kulob, and the contractor is «Pargor» Limited Liability Company.

President Emomali Rahmon Held Talks with Veterans of Labor, Activists and Representatives of the Public

On October 23, in Kulob, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, held a warm meeting and conversation with veterans of labor, activists and representatives of the public of Kulob.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the initiatives and undertakings of the residents of the city of Kulob to support the creative policy of the top leadership of the Government of the country.

The President of the country called on veterans to contribute to the upbringing of the younger generation, to promote the creative policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and to take measures to worthily celebrate the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Taking into account the current situation in the world community, it was emphasized that residents should annually contribute to food security, using the favorable conditions and climate of the city.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, also recalling the instructions arising from the Address of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to Majlisi Oli, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the responsibility of parents for the upbringing and education of children”, called on residents to raise children in the spirit of patriotism, national pride and the desire to study science and the development of professions and crafts.

Compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan «On streamlining traditions, celebrations and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan» was called an important factor in preventing waste and unnecessary costs.

Labor veterans of the city of Kulob, in turn, expressed their gratitude to the Leader of the Nation for providing a decent life, caring for all strata of society, especially the elderly and the disabled.

President Emomali Rahmon Opens New Building of Business Incubator of Tajikistan in Kulob

On October 23, on Ismoili Somoni Avenue of Kulob city, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, solemnly commissioned a building of the sector of the State Institution «Business Incubator of Tajikistan» in Kulob.

At the new facility, taking into account the requirements of modernity, all conditions have been created for preparing citizens for activities in the private sector.

The building has 16 offices, an assembly hall, two computer classes, a sewing workshop, a beauty salon for girls and boys.

The development of entrepreneurship requires high qualifications, specialization and modern knowledge. With this in mind, within the framework of round tables, master classes, express courses, citizens will be trained in hairdressing, confectionery, sewing and computer professions. Training is provided free of charge, those who wish, have the opportunity to improve their knowledge in the direction of the private sector, organize and strengthen their entrepreneurial activities.

At the tailoring courses, 10 people receive a specialty within two months. Hairdressing courses last one month.

There are many opportunities in Tajikistan for the implementation of business ideas, and the coverage of training with citizens from cities and districts of the Kulob region can help increase the success of the implementation of private sector plans.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, recalling the contribution of the private sector to the development of the national economy, instructed the responsible persons to make full use of the opportunities provided and prepare citizens for work in the private sector.

President Emomali Rahmon Opens Administrative Building of the Committee for Land Management of Kulob Region

On October 23, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, arrived in the city of Kulob as part of his working trip to Khatlon Province.

First, the Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, commissioned an administrative building of the Committee for Land Management of the Kulob region.

The modern building has 4 floors and consists of 19 offices, a conference hall with 100 seats and a hotel.

Construction work at the facility began in 2020 and was completed at a high quality level.

At the modern facility, favorable conditions have been created for the performance of employees of the Committee for Land Management of the Kulob region, the Committee for Land Management of the city of Kulob, and the subsidiary state enterprise of the Registration of Real Estate of the city of Kulob.

A beautiful and modern building was built by the State Committee for Land Management and Geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State, in honor of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, instructed the workers and specialists of the sphere to provide services to the population at a high quality level.

Emomali Rahmon Opens Automobile Bridge in Shamsiddin Shohin district

On October 23, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, on the «Kulob — Shamsiddin Shohin» international highway put into operation an automobile bridge.

The facility, based on the project for the reconstruction of the Kulob highway section 1, «Kulob — Shamsiddin Shohin», carried out since February 22, 2018, by order of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan, was built at a high quality level by the main contractor — a branch of the Limited Liability Company «Sinjiang Construction Engineer».

According to the builders, the length of the bridge is 140 meters, the width is 10 meters, and its carrying capacity is 100 tons.

The Head of State, Emomali Rahmon, during his visit to the facility, highly appreciated the work of builders and road workers.

The bridge is considered as an integral part of the construction of the international highway «Dushanbe — Kulob — Kalai Khumb-Khorog — Kulma» and was built within the framework of the instructions of the President of the country in order to bring the republic out of the communication impasse, as well as to eliminate existing obstacles and difficulties in the course of movement of all types of transport.

The construction of roads and bridges during the period of independence creates favorable conditions, first of all, to ensure the unhindered movement of passengers and cargo, as well as the transformation of Tajikistan into a transit country.

During the construction of the bridge, road workers laid water supply lines, high-quality work was done on the installation of reinforced concrete retaining walls, and paving of individual layers of the road.

Road construction norms and rules are included in the 3rd technical level, it consists of two traffic lanes, its width is 12 meters, and the width of the road section is 7 meters.

On both sides of the road at a distance of 2.5 meters, also in accordance with building codes from the 6th kilometer to the 21st kilometer, taking into account the large slope of the road and to ensure safe traffic, 3 lanes are provided. On the territory of Kulob, the width of the road is 21 meters.

In order to ensure safety, in accordance with accepted international standards on the road, work has been completed on the construction of protective fences, sidewalks, curbs, lighting of settlements, installation of road signs.

More than 90 percent of local workers were involved in the construction and reconstruction of the road and bridge. Other necessary infrastructure has been built next to the road, including a mother and child center.

Emomali Rahmon Opens New Building of the Land Management Committee in Shamsiddin Shohin District

On October 23, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, during his working trip to Shamsiddin Shohin district, opened the building of the Land Management Committee and got acquainted with the conditions of its work.

The building of the Committee for Land Management of Shamsiddin Shohin district, consisting of 2 floors, 10 offices, a conference hall for 40 seats and other ancillary premises, was erected as part of the improvement activities in honor of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan in a beautiful and modern design.

Construction work on this site began in 2021, where 20 local residents were provided with jobs and decent wages.

In accordance with the layout, on the ground floor of the building there are offices for employees of the land administration and specialists from the real estate registration department, all of which are provided with tables, chairs and necessary work accessories.

Previously, employees of the Land Management Committee of the Shamsiddin Shohin district worked in the old building due to the lack of a separate building. With the completion of improvement measures, the problem has been resolved, and good conditions have been created for the work of specialists.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, while getting acquainted with the conditions of the newly created facility, highly appreciated the construction work and instructed the responsible persons and workers in the sector to provide high-quality services.
