Law enforcement agencies asked the participants to move to park opposite the Supreme Court. Recall, the crime was committed in 2021. Suspects were detained in March 2022 - two policemen (an employee of the Juvenile Inspectorate of the Internal Affairs Department of Leninsky district and a district police officer of the Internal Affairs Department of Sverdlovsky district of the capital) and another accomplice - a security guard at Dordoi market (presumably also a former police officer). The trial began in July last year. Prior to this, consideration of the case has been repeatedly postponed. The Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek also considered the case against the fourth rape suspect, a waiter. All four defendants know each other. As a result, the security guard at the market was sentenced to 10 years in prison to be served in a prison colony, district police officer - to 15 years in prison. Employee of the Juvenile Inspectorate of the Internal Affairs Department of Leninsky district was sentenced to 15 years in prison to be served in a prison colony. The panel of judges of the Bishkek City Court, chaired by Mirad Dineyev, commuted the sentences of the defendants, reducing the prison terms to six and nine years.

Former deputy prime minister of Kyrgyzstan Duishenbek Zilaliev was placed in the pretrial detention center 1 in Bishkek. Lawyer Samat Matsakov told 24.kg news agency. According to him, this decision was made by the judge of the Pervomaisky District Court of the capital Nurdin Ibraimov. The lawyer noted that the defense asked to choose for Duishenbek Zilaliev a preventive measure not related to arrest - to release him on bail. However, the court denied the request. «The criminal case is falsified. It was initiated on the basis of a statement from a person whom Zilaliev does not know. The statement was written for some reason six years later. The document states that my client took money from the person for a permit to develop a deposit. We asked for face-to-face interrogation with the victim, but we were refused. We will appeal against the decision of the court to a higher authority,» Samat Matsakov said. He informed that the main criminal case against Duishenbek Zilaliev was considered in the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek. An examination has been appointed on it, in connection with which its consideration has been suspended. In December 2018, the State Committee for National Security found undeclared houses, apartments and millions on a bank account of the former deputy prime minister. He calls the case against him a political show and does not admit guilt. Duishenbek Zilaliev was sentenced to nine years in prison. In June 2021, the Supreme Court overturned the decisions of previous instances and returned the case for a new trial.

Activities of a network of illegal gambling establishments operating under the guise of Internet clubs were stopped within the initiated criminal case under article 218 «Illegal entrepreneurial activity» of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic in Jalal-Abad and Suzak district. The security authorities detained individual organizers and administrators of the underground establishments. The monthly turnover of each of them was more than a million soms. More than 200,000 soms received from illegal activities were found at the cash desks in one day. SCNS confiscated 40 computers with the corresponding software, they imitated the operation of slot machines. A preventive conversation was held with visitors about the illegal activities of these gambling establishments. Appropriate tax audits and expert examinations have been scheduled. «At the same time, individual law enforcement officers of the region are suspected of involvement in the patronage of the underground establishments. In this regard, measures are being taken to identify them and bring them to justice,» the statement says.
