The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, with the aim of participating in the celebration of International Navruz, getting acquainted with the progress of spring agricultural work, laying gardens and vineyards, meetings with residents, commissioning of a number of industrial and social facilities, arrived in the Sughd Province.

At the Khujand International Airport, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, was warmly welcomed by the Chairman of the Sughd Province, Rajabboy Ahmadzoda, and other officials.

Representatives of the public of the Sughd Province — figures of science, culture and literature, youth representatives met the Leader of the Nation with special warmth, inspiration in the festive atmosphere of Navruz.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, upon arrival in the Sughd Province, first in Guliston commissioned poultry factory — «Ganji Somon» Limited Liability Company.

The «Ganji Somon» LLC poultry factory was built and put into operation by a domestic entrepreneur Said Kurbonov as part of activities related to the implementation of the fourth strategic goal — the accelerated industrialization of the country.

The enterprise has built and equipped 4 poultry facilities according to the broiler method using modern industry equipment and technologies in the amount of more than 2 million somoni of direct entrepreneurial capital.

The Leader of the Nation, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, was informed that 50,000 chickens of meat breeds are raised at the factory at a time. According to veterinary technology and rules, broiler chickens gain an average of 2 to 2.5 kg of weight in 45 days, prepared for slaughter and meat production.

The capacity of the enterprise is 100 tons per production stage and 400-500 tons of dietary poultry meat per year. That is, the entrepreneurs of the «Ganji Somon» company make a valuable contribution to providing the domestic market with dietary meat.

At the poultry factory, the process flow is fully automated. Temperature control inside the chicken coops, air purification, water and feed supply, veterinary rules, sanitation and hygiene are carried out with the help of computer technology and advanced methods.

20 people have been provided with permanent jobs at the new poultry factory. The average salary of workers and specialists is 1,500 somoni, the founder plans to further increase wages at the expense of the company’s future income.

According to the plan, entrepreneurs and specialists of the company will build the second line of the factory in the industrial zone of Guliston.

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, highly appreciated the initiative of the domestic entrepreneur and expressed confidence that in the near future this poultry farm, its second stage, and the joint feed mill for animals and birds, will become a large and modern poultry complex.

The Head of state gave instructions and recommendations to the entrepreneur to build a hatchery and slaughter shop, organize the processing and packaging of poultry meat, build a refrigeration room and, in the future, establish a full complex for the cultivation, production and supply of poultry meat and meat products to the consumer.

Here, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, got acquainted with the exhibition of the company’s products.

The exhibition area presented broiler hatching eggs, 9 types of poultry meat dietary products in attractive packaging, prepared jointly with poultry enterprises and packaging shops, as well as types of bird feed, production and business plans for the near future.

During the acquaintance with the exhibition, entrepreneurs, specialists and responsible persons of the sphere were instructed to build similar poultry enterprises in the capital of the country — the city of Dushanbe, in the centers of cities and districts, as well as company stores, restaurants and canteens for cooking dishes from poultry meat and meat products.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in Guliston, Sughd Province, officially launched the activity of the «Murghi bebaho» poultry enterprise and a modern refrigeration room, and became familiar with the working conditions.

«Murghi bebaho» LLC was built by local entrepreneur Ahad Kodirov on an area of more than 3 hectares as part of the International Holiday of Navruz and preparations for the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. It has modern conditions for work and service.

During the familiarization, the Head of state, Emomali Rahmon, was informed that a new poultry facility was built on an area of almost 2,000 square meters, and more than 30,000 chickens are grown here for the production of dietary meat for 45 days.

With the commissioning of the enterprise, 12 residents of Guliston are provided with permanent jobs and good wages.

Machine tools and equipment of the enterprise meet the requirements of the standards of the developed countries of the world, and the indoor air is regularly kept clean in automatic mode using special equipment.

Construction work at the site began in 2019, employing 25 local residents.

The enterprise has the ability to procure and supply more than 300 tons of chicken meat per year to production enterprises.

Here, the President of the country was shown the company’s products — meat, eggs and bird feed.

Next to this enterprise, with the contribution of the entrepreneur, a building of a refrigeration room was also put into operation after reconstruction.

The facility is intended for the procurement and storage of 3 thousand tons of agricultural products and meat products, on this basis, 8 local residents are provided with jobs.

The refrigeration building is located on an area of 768 square meters, it has 7 modern devices to maintain stable air inside the facility, which allows to store any perishable products throughout the year.

It should be noted that such a facility is the first in Guliston, in the future the number of such modern refrigeration rooms will increase as part of creative measures.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, held a sincere conversation with orphans from the cities and districts of Sughd Province in the city of Guliston.

For this group of teenagers, Navruz festival and a cultural program were organized.

Also, within the framework of the social policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and care for orphans, the great Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon presented 100 teenagers with clothes, books, money and sweets. This event made children happy.

The great Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon emphasized that the support of orphans is at the core of the social policy of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and they are helped at every celebration and ceremony. At the same time, the step-by-step strengthening of the activities of educational institutions for orphans made it possible to improve the quality of care and education in them, to place children and adolescents, who were left alone by the will of fate, under the care of the state and the Government of the country, thus upbringing them in the future as active and full-fledged members of society.

The establishment and renovation of boarding schools and provision of modern living and education conditions for orphans is considered to be the best example of permanent support of the Head of State.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, opened a factory for the production of patterned carpets in the city of Guliston in the company «Kayrakkum Carpets».

The new facility with an area of 20,000 square meters was put into use at a cost of 66 million somoni.

The enterprise’s activity is focused on the production of import substitution products, and its annual capacity includes 2 million square meters of patterned tufted floor coverings.

The expansion of the production capacity created an opportunity not only for the increase in the production of import substitution products, but also for the rise in the export of products.

The great Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon characterized the construction of production facilities as the main example of the implementation of the fourth strategic goal of the state, and assessed the gradual implementation of actions in this direction as important and timely for the increase in the production of import-substituting and export-oriented products.

After the new production plant was put into use, 100 local residents were provided with permanent jobs. Here, after 4 stages of processing, high-quality products are produced from raw materials in accordance with customer requests.

Until that time, 1.5 million square meters of carpets had been imported into Tajikistan per year. The launch of a new technological line in the company «Kayrakkum Carpets» allows to fully satisfy the needs of the domestic market and at the same time to export this type of product. The technology for the production of items in question was imported from Austria and is unique in Central Asia. Now the capacity of the company has been increased to the production of 3.5 million square meters of carpet per year.

The launch of a new technological line in «Kayrakkum Carpets» will help to increase the production of import substitution products, expand export opportunities, create new jobs, boost payments to the state budget, and strengthen the role of the private sector in the development of the economy.

The decision to use the factory for the production of tufted floor coverings within the framework of the implementation of the Carpet Development Program in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025 lays the foundation for improving access to quality domestic products.

Moreover, on the same day, the products manufactured at the «Kayrakkum Carpets» factory were presented.

Currently, the company produces carpets and floor coverings with different designs, patterns and sizes.

Honorable Head of State Emomali Rahmon assessed the activity of the «Kayrakkum Carpets» enterprise as the main example of the implementation of the indicators of the State Export Development Program of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2021-2025.

During his working visit to Guliston, the Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon visited the city’s Tax Inspectorate building.

The area of the building is 0.16 hectares, the customer of the facility is the Tax Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

On the basis of the project, the newly built building consists of a basement and three floors, and was built with a beautiful design and modern elements of urban planning. On the first floor of the building there is a service department for legal entities, a department for organizing taxation of individuals and a department for accounting of incomes.

On the second and third floors, there are meeting rooms with 80 seats, offices, administration, video-conference room with 20 seats and other auxiliary rooms.

The Tax Inspectorate building of the city of Guliston was built as part of the plan of events to celebrate the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Honorable Emomali Rahmon, the President of the country, was informed that more than 30 suitable workplaces were created in the Tax Inspectorate of the city of Guliston.

The installation of modern sectorial devices, equipment and programs allows to ensure the transparency of the activity of the Tax Inspectorate in the process of registration and payment of taxes, to perform such services without the influence of human factors and to save time by providing and receiving information on financial activities and tax obligations.

The Leader of the Nation, Emomali Rahmon, after familiarizing himself with the working conditions in the building of Tax Inspectorate in the city of Guliston, had a frank and sincere conversation with the employees of the sector, and gave them instructions on improving services to taxpayers, timely registration of natural and legal entities, ensuring the transparency of funds, and thus enriching the state budget.

Now, entrepreneurs have the opportunity to submit their declaration electronically using the Internet, prepare comparative documents, review their invoices, and directly familiarize themselves with the regulatory and legal documents of the tax legislation posted on the website of the Tax Committee.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, opened a building of the state preschool educational institution No. 4 named «Bahor» in the center of Guliston.

The building of the «Bahor» kindergarten is two-story, and after renovation, it was put into use during the festivities of the International Day of Navruz. New facilities in the field of education dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan have been updated with the support of the country’s Government.

The new building has a heating center, which provides heat inside the building in winter.

Honorable Emomali Rahmon, the Leader of the Nation, was informed that «Bahor» kindergarten is planned for pre-school education and training of 240 children.

The pre-school institution consists of well-equipped art classrooms, music, dance, language rooms, and work, recreation, and medical rooms.

In the «Bahor» kindergarten in the city of Guliston, education is conducted in Tajik and Russian languages. The learning process of the preschool program for children is carried out through modern technology. Taking into account the modern conditions of education, which is implemented using electronic boards, a total of 8 groups of children will be educated. In the future, using the available facilities, English language learning will also be conducted in the kindergarten.

With the opening of the «Bahor» kindergarten in Guliston, 30 people have been provided permanent jobs, more than 10 of them are teachers.

Honorable President of the country Emomali Rahmon got acquainted with the conditions created in the kindergarten and guided the education workers for the proper education and training of children and raising the younger generation in the spirit of self-knowledge and self-awareness.

It is worth noting that after the «Bahor» kindergarten started to operate in the city of Guliston, Sughd Province, the number of preschool institutions reached 11, one of which is private. The enrollment rate of children in pre-school institutions in the city is almost 40 percent, and this process will be promoted in the future with the construction of new kindergartens.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity — Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in the Bobojon Gafurov district, launched the construction of a seasonal vineyard intended for the cultivation of 4 types of grapes in the State Institution «Vahdat National Garden».

It was reported that the area of this vineyard is 7 hectares, where grapes of various types are grown by grafting on the trunks of 1453 vertical vines using the experience of viticulturists of Tursunzoda city. The varieties to be grafted were obtained from viticulture farms of Asht district and Tursunzoda city.

In the «Vahdat National Garden», a pomegranate garden on the area of 0.50 ha has also been erected. Gardeners have planted 420 annual seedlings of the Somgor variety and are effectively using all opportunities for its good growth.

Honorable Head of state Emomali Rahmon gave specific instructions to scientists and experts of the sphere on ensuring food safety, increas of intensive and super-intensive vineyards and orchards, effective use of land and boosting the volume of export of products.

In the «Vahdat National Garden», there are 373.7 hectares of productive gardens and 126.3 hectares of young productive tree gardens, from which a rich harvest is collected every year.

There are 2 cold storage rooms, one with three storage chambers with a capacity of 100 cubic meters, and a second cold storage room with 5 storage chambers with a capacity of 1700 cubic meters within the territory of «Vahdat National Garden».

Samples of garden products such as dried fruits, fruits and vegetables were exhibited in «Vahdat National Garden».

During the viewing of the exhibition of agricultural products, the Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon highly appreciated the results of the work of hardworking people and their great labor achievements and assessed the development of the agricultural sector as an important factor ensuring food security.
